Account Responsibilities
2.1 Login Credentials

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Payment Methods and Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. These limits apply equally across all payment methods.
3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after approval. In cases where verification is required, processing may take longer.
3.3 Payment Restrictions
Players must deposit only from their own payment account. eg9999 will not accept payments from third parties. Where there is suspicion of money laundering, eg9999 has the right to freeze the funds and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus for your first deposit at eg9999 is 100% of the deposit amount (up to 200,000 Ks). The bonus funds can only be withdrawn after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.
Example—
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks required to play
- Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering: 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks required to play
4.2 Bonus Restrictions
- The bonus is available for the first deposit only and is issued once.
- Bonus winnings may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- If eg9999 determines that the bonus has been misused, the bonus and any related funds may be cancelled.
- eg9999's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
eg9999's VIP program has 5 tiers—
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback every week
- Silver — up to 0.4% cashback every week
- Gold — up to 0.6% cashback every week
- Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback every week
- Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback every week
As your VIP tier increases, you will receive better cashback rates and exclusive benefits. eg9999 holds all decisions regarding VIP tier management.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Playing Games
eg9999 offers football betting, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), Slots, Crash Games, 3D lottery, and Shan Koe Mee, among other game types. Players are solely responsible for their own decisions on which games to play, and eg9999 is not liable for any losses resulting from those decisions.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted due to software errors, server issues, or connection drops, eg9999 will apply a reasonable resolution. eg9999 reserves the right to void any winnings (unearned funds) that arise on a player's account as a result of a software error.
5.3 Withdrawal of Winnings
Players may normally withdraw winnings from gameplay. However, where a bonus is involved, withdrawals are only permitted once the wagering requirement has been met — refer to section 4.1 on the welcome bonus for details.
Prohibited Activities
Players are prohibited from carrying out the following actions on the eg9999 platform—
- Using unfair methods in gameplay (software bots, automation, hacking)
- Employing strategies that abuse bonuses (bonus abuse, multi-accounting, ring betting)
- Using eg9999 to conduct money laundering
- Threatening, mocking, or abusing other players or staff
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes in advance
- Attempting to disrupt site operations without authorisation
- Using false or stolen payment information

Limitation of Liability

- Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions
- Leakage of a player's own account access credentials
- Damage or losses caused by cyberattacks carried out by third parties
- Technical errors outside of eg9999's control
