Featured Market Types
eg9999's football markets offer a broad range of choices for every type of player. Get familiar with the six main market types below.
Match Result (1X2)
Most PopularPick one of three outcomes: home win (1), draw (X), or away win (2). This is the market most new football bettors start with.
Asian Handicap
StrategicA handicap line levels the gap between two sides, making it a balanced market. With fewer draw outcomes, results are clearer to read.
Goal Total (Over / Under)
GoalsChoose whether the total goals in a match will go Over or Under a set number. This is a great market for those who already have a good read on how a game is likely to play out.
Half-time / Full-time
PrecisionYou need to combine the half-time result and the full-time result into one bet, which means bigger potential payouts but more strategy required.
Cards and Corners Market
Side MarketMarkets where you can bet on the total number of red and yellow cards shown and the number of corners taken — a choice that sits outside the main result.
Live / In-Play Betting
LiveOdds change in real time while the match is being played, so you can watch how the game unfolds and place your bet right away.
Odds — What Do They Mean?
Football odds show the return ratio a player gets when betting one unit. eg9999 uses Decimal format — for example, odds of 2.0 mean you get back 2x your stake (stake 1,000 Ks → return 2,000 Ks).
Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout. Lower odds mean a higher chance but a smaller payout. The best approach for football bettors is to compare odds carefully and pick the market that fits your strategy.
With Parlay (Accumulator) betting you can combine 2 or more matches in one bet, and because the odds multiply together your payout can be 3x, 4x, or even more. However, if even one match loses the entire bet loses, so only parlay when you are confident.
